Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms


 

 Sup, reluctant vegans, today we have another vegan dish for you. Just to start this week's blog post I have some thing I need you to do, I need you guys to comment something to make for my mom. TELL ME! FOR THE BLOG!!!! Please do it.

    Tonight  we had some pizza filling in mushrooms. How is that vegan if it's pizza filling? Well, it has no cheese. I think ......Unless my mom was telling me a lie and being vegan was all a trick. Gasp! I just asked her and she said it was vegan cheese. Well, let's get on with the rating of the food.

    Give it a drum roll please. "NO!" WHY, editor!? Sorry, let me speak to him................Tim, put in the drum roll already! I cannot be leaving the fans waiting!.............. No!.............. What did you say? That's it! I'm coming over there........ BANG BANG.........Punch......Slap....... Boom!!!

    Sorry about that. I had to talk to my ex-editor. Where were we? Oh yay the drum roll..................

    Five yums!!!!!

    OH it was so good! It was a little salty and had just a small spicy kick. I loved the combination of the chewiness of the mushroom and the gooey filling of the vegan pizza.

What's up guys? Welcome to another post, it's been a few months I think. Soooooooooooooo today my mom and I made salt water taffy. We are still eating our way through the United States, and salt water taffy is for the state of New Jersey. It's not vegan, so I'll give it the non-vegan Drumsticks rating. Rice and Beans, Broccoli and Kale Salad

           Hi! It's Levi again. Thanks for the support on my last post. It was a little lopsided, but you guys  loved it.  My sister Esther and I made a rating system. Five yums is the best; five gags is the worst. Yums are obviously good and gags are bad. This meal posted above was 1 yum and 4 gags.  The kale had too much lime, the rice was really bland and did not go well with the beans.  At least the broccoli redeemed the meal with 1 yum.  So I would not recommend this meal to people who do not like a main rice dish,  but if you like bland rice, give it a try.  Also, I asked my dad where we get our protein? He said, "We get our protein from where other people's protein gets its protein from." So, I thought I would give it a try!

Hi, my name is Levi. I was born in Spartanburg, SC. I have one older sister named Esther and two younger sisters named Rosie who is nine and a two year old sister named Pearl. Me and my family lived in Chad for 5 years. Chad is in the middle of Africa right at the end of a desert. When we got back from Africa we got a house in Columbus, OH. I started to go to school bla..bla..bla. Then COVID-19 hit and I had to do school work from home. After the school year was done about two or three months ago my parents went vegan!! Why would someone do that?  No, I am not trying to hate on vegans,  I just ammmmmmmm x 10. I just would not recommend it to people. So this blog is to tell you about the vegan food my mom makes from a 11 year old boy who is not always a fan.
